V0.14 - Ragdolls
The old animation deaths are out and now the AI will die in a floppier manner. Rifles, Shotguns, melee and explosive barrels have all been updated to cause the AI to have a more dynamic ragdoll death. They should react with the force of the thing that killed them. This should prevent anymore floating corpses when they die. It'll be tweaked, like all other things, going forward based on user feedback. The weapons should feel a little more satisfying with this update, because it feels like you're actually damaging them.
Up next we're going to be looking at the towers and other features on the map to make the game a little more vertical. While the AI can mount one tower, they cannot go up the treehouse and we'd like to remedy that and also have them use those places as a bit of a guard tower, to shoot at the player. We may also spawn power ups or other items up there.
